What you don't get
- No email addresses or member data. Privacy comes before sponsoring.
- No advertising on Monday evenings. They belong to the community.
- No paid talks. The community decides on content, not money.
- We turn down sponsoring that doesn't fit the association's purpose.

Questions
What sponsors often want to know.
How long does the agreement run?
At least three months, then cancellable at the end of any quarter. No auto-renewal trap: four weeks before the quarter ends we ask by email whether to continue.
Is the contribution tax-deductible?
Once charitable status is recognised (the application with the tax office Hamburg is under way), we issue a donation receipt. Sponsoring in the narrower sense is a return for visibility and is treated differently for tax purposes.
Can I switch packages?
Yes. Upgrading works immediately, downgrading at the end of the quarter.
Is one-off sponsoring possible?
Yes, for example €800 for one Coffee & AI or €3,500 to €8,000 for a slot at the flagship event. The monthly model is usually cheaper and steadier.
Donations in kind instead of money?
Gladly, matching the value of the package: pizza for the Mondays, say, or equipment we use for recordings. Send us your suggestion.
Which industries do you turn down?
Gambling, trading bots and crypto speculation, surveillance tech and greenwashing. We review every request individually and tell you openly.
